I went to CB Physiotherapy with a terrible lower back pain after an accident. In just 7 sessions there's a lot of relief. I like that they use a mix of machines for pain management along with exercises, increasing the intensity of exercises as the pain subsides. I took my sessions from Dr Rushda who was really gentle with me and mindful of my pain. Will definitely recommend.
